PLUMBER

JOB ROLE 

Plumber-Cadman Design and Build Ltd.

We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable plumber required for on-going works covering predominantly South West London. Most of our projects are loft conversions, extensions and full property renovations. The ideal candidate will be able to perform plumbing to a high standard and have multi trade skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ​First fix and second fix plumbing

• Install kitchens and bathrooms

• Install boilers and heating systems.

• Be able to provide a high quality of workmanship in accordance with regulations.

• Work as a part of a team and undertake other such duties as required.

ABOUT YOU

• ​Experience in a multi trade plumbing role (3-5yrs)

• City and Guilds Advanced craft indentured apprentice part 2 and 3/ NVQ Level 2 and a strong multi skilled background.

• Gas Safety registered

• Awareness and understanding of the L8 code of practice

• Must have own tools and transport.

• CIS registered

• Polite and able to establish rapport with clients and operatives.

• Good English speaker

• Hold up to date Health and Safety card​

JOB TYPE

Contract 

• Preferred start date: July/August/September 2018

• Salary: £130 to £170 per day

• Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
